Light constantly moving, low resolution and a flat surface

A few years back I began to watch Le Tour de France. The access given to the world to witness such a spectacle with an infinite number of cameras trained not only on the athletes but also the marvellous history of town and country, was a temptation for my camera lens to record some of the action, nut in a different way…  

With a slightly longer exposure, I can twist and zoom the lens to make the sparkles stretch and dance, cascading colour lines into each other like a frenzied histogram.
